In the constitution, the goals and ways of working of Fair Rubber are clearly defined. It describes how the association is intending to improve the living and working conditions of rubber tappers and how the Fair Rubber Premium is managed and controlled.

The Fair Rubber Standard is a cultivation standard. It must be met by the plantations and smallholder groups seeking certification. The Fair Rubber Standard comprises a total of 82 criteria covering the areas of management, working conditions, environmental aspects and the Fair Rubber Premium.

Fair Rubber welcomes organizations and individuals who support its mission and values. The documents below explain how to apply for membership, what rights and responsibilities members have, and how membership decisions are made and reviewed.
